C'est trop la mort, j'ai téléchargé tout ce que je pouvais, mais impossible de prendre le reste....aaaarrgghhh !!!!

J'utilise FastStone (www.faststone.org) -
j'attrape l'écran "scrolling" (la flèche noire) - pas plus que 6-7 pages (ESC) - copy/paste dans Paint Shop Pro ou semblable -
je prend tout les page "singles" et monte les images dans un PDF-maker.

Ok, je m'étais un peu renseigné dans ce sens sur le net ; je vais essayer ça dès que j'ai un peu plus de temps.

L'historiographie américain sur le sujet est riche, et plusieurs bouquins récents ont accumulé les prix. Par exemple:
sur les Sioux, l'excellentissime Jeffrey Ostler, The Plains Sioux and U.S. Colonialism from Lewis and Clark to Wounded Knee, Cambridge University Press, 2004
